Mmbulaheni is a Supplier Development Specialist who pioneered supplier development in the Oil and Petroleum industry and established the state-owned South African Supplier Development Agency (SASDA). He gained his experience in the electrical and petro-chemical industries with State-owned enterprises Eskom as Manager: National Small Business Strategy; PetroSA initially as BEE Strategist and later setting up the Supplier Development Pilot Programme at the Mosselbay Refinery (a project that produced five successful 100% black-owned companies); and SASDA as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board.

 Molebatsi is an International Sales, Marketing, and Strategy Consultant who gained local and international experience in commerce acquiring an understanding of the fast moving consumer goods market, financial services, the petroleum and aviation industries as well as freight and logistics. He has been involved in media, marketing, communications, and corporate strategy consulting. Molebatsi has successfully led forensic and compliance audits, and various management consulting assignments. His practical corporate experience include working for blue chip companies; South African Breweries, Liberty Life, and Old Mutual as well as state-owned enterprises; PetroSA, South African Airways and Galileo Southern Africa.
His expertise includes publishing, procurement, travel and tourism. He served on the Boards of Tourism Business Council of South Africa (Vice Chair); SAA EXCO; Star Alliance Sounding Boards (Procurement, Product, Marketing); Customer Contact Council (Executive board) and PetroSA EXCO.
